• How do I make a booking?
  Follow the few steps below to make a booking online. For further assistance, you can always contact us.
  

  • Select your room(s)
    The first step is to select the number and the type of rooms in the hotel of your choice.
    
    
  • Fill in the booking form
    We will ask for some personal details that will be used for processing your booking. Please complete the marked fields as accurately as possible. After you have done this, an overview of your booking details is shown.
    
    
  • Check your inbox for confirmation
    Directly after making the booking you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail you will find a summary of your booking.
    
    
• What do I do when the accommodation cancelled my booking due to an overbooking?
  An overbooking means that the hotel sold more rooms than they have. Easytobook.com sells rooms from an inventory supplied by each accommodation. This is done either directly by the hotel in our tailor-made system or through one of our partners. Easytobook.com cannot be held responsible for unavailability of rooms caused by the hotel overselling.

• I did not receive my booking confirmation. How do I know if my booking was succesfully received?
  Easytobook.com sends the confirmation to the e-mail address that you filled in during the booking process. If you have not received this mail, it is advised to check your 'spam' folder. Due to a spam filter or other security filters, our mail could have ended up in a different folder.

• Why have I been charged previous to my Check-in date?
  The hotel could have pre-authorized your credit card, or you have been charged because of specific payment conditions, as stated in one of the descriptions of the accommodation. In any other case, the hotel only has the right to charge the credit card earlier than the arrival date when this is stated in the cancellation policy.
• How do I amend or cancel my booking?
  When you want to cancel your booking, you can do this yourself online, as easytobook.com is not authorized to cancel for you. With your own Booking Number and Password, you can login to the page where you find your booking details. On this page, you can cancel your booking. Please be aware to cancel within the time limit given by the accommodation, or you might be charged for (a part of) your stay. In regards to cancellations, please note that the day of arrival starts at 00.00 (CET).

• What does a Hot Deal or Special Offer entail?
  By booking a Hot Deal, Advanced Booking, Last-minute or any other Special Deal, the hotel can offer you cheaper rates due to special policies they can apply. In most cases, the payment policy or the cancellation policy differs. You can find the different policies in the descriptions of the hotel.
  Be aware that in some cases a prepayment is required, and in most cases these special offers cannot be amended or cancelled.
• Can we get extra beds for our children?
  Accommodations can offer extra beds for free or apply a surcharge for children staying in the same room. For details you can check the Child Policy of the hotel of your choice. If you requested extra beds, it is best to call the hotel to ensure your request and see if charges apply. The contact details of the hotel are provided in the booking confirmation you receive from us.
• How and where can I express my opinion regarding the hotel of my stay?
  You can share your experience by writing a guest review. Within a week after your departure date, easytobook.com sends you an e-mail with an invitation to answer a few questions. In this survey, you can write your remarks about the hotel that you have stayed in, and give it an overall score ranging from 5 to 10. The results will be published on our website with the accommodation.

• Why do I not see my review published with the accommodation's reviews?
  If you have written a review and you cannot find it on our website, please contact customercare@easytobook.com. The reason that your review is not displayed might be due to a technical failure or because the review did not pass the filter; the latter could be caused by discriminatory language use. In case of the first reason, we will make sure that your review will be posted on our website as soon as possible.
• The hotel charged me services that were already paid - how can I get reimbursed?
