Positioned in an ideal location for those who like to walk the sights of Paris, however just across the road was the metro so the choice is yours. Very quiet in the rom which was a good size and very clean. Our friends room wasnt such a good size but like us, they were still happy with cleanliness and decor of the room. This was our 5th time in Paris and this was probably the best room we have had even though we have paid more in the past. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, we all agreed we would stay there again but would ask for room the size we had or larger. We didnt have breakfast there so cant comment on it.

Location is near the metro station, so you don't need to walk a lot, but sometimes trains are heard at night. Room is quite small, but clean enough. Poor ventilation in bathroom.Personnel speaks english quite good. Stay was pleasant so price is worth the service we received. Thanks a lot ;)

Pros: The staff were excellent and super friendly. the room was clean and decent. for the price we had it was lovely, cheaper than a hostel. close to everything we needed to go to - walking distance to most things. particularly good if you want to go round opera and monmatre - not so good if you want to do all the sights but still easy to get to from public transport
Cons: There was a window missing on the stairwell leading on to the rooftop which made it a bit drafty. was a little odd. the decor wasn't exactly as shown in the pictures, a little bit more retro but generally decent facilities. with more modern bedding and curtains would be an absolute steal.

Pros: Hotel ground floor and public rooms undergoing refurbishment.
reception staff very good.
Cons: Room cleaning barely adequate. the bed was made and the bathroom was cleaned each day but the room was not hoovered and the general level of cleaning was sub-standard.

Cons: The hotel was undergoing renovation so the smell of fresh paint on the premises (including the room on the fourth floor) was a bit too strong, if allergic go somewhere else. the walls and floors are very thin so there is always noise from people coming from somewhere, but i sincerely believe for this price things won't be much different in good old paris. the parking lot nearby charges €15 for 24h with or without the hotel voucher, a discount might happen if you talk to the boss. it does not belong to an official parisian agency so it ain't automated yet.

Cons: Yes, we arrived at the hotel and sent to a carpark area that was full 30 minutes away from the hotel and had to organise our owe parking, in the morning the showers were cold and the bath room had no shower curtain.
