Pros: Helpful staff - receptionist went out of her way to check us in early at 12pm for no extra charge. handy luggage room. feels safe as u need card to use lifts. very comfy beds and squishy pillows. great location at top of o'connell st. great service by bar staff - let us take glasses and wine cooler to our room. breakfast absolutely gorgeous! - really recommend the buffet!

Cons: They did not have my reservation!!!! however, i had confirmation of my booking. we was very lucky they had a pare room otherwise we would of had no where to sleep.
