 "dublin trip 2012"
the hotel was kept clean but needed redecorating. the room was OK size with very small en-suite and no toiletries supplied, there was only two sachets of sugar and no cookies. the water didn't get very hot in the shower and the radiator never turned on. the bed.... well that was soooo lumpy it felt like being on a roller coaster. apart from that wasn't too far from central strip of town. breakfast wasn't a full Irish but two bits of bacon, scrambled egg , a sausage and a rosti.

 "good value for money"
A good location, very helpful staff, good breakfast. I stayed in a single room. When you are taller than 180cm, the bed will be too short.

 "Great stay & great location"
The location was just off O'Connell Street so I had great bus access & for someone with a bad sense of direction, it was easy to get to from O'Connell Street. Seamus answered all my questions & helped me start off my day of sightseeing. He was sooo nice, he told me I could call him for directions in case I got lost which was really comforting because I was travelling on my own. I was also able to check in early which was fantastic because I landed at 9a & was dead tired so it was so nice to get to take a good power nap & freshen up before I started sight seeing. My room was comfy, clean & quiet. The great breakfast helped me start off my day & gave me plenty of energy for the whole day. The rest of the staff was also super nice, attentive & also very helpful with my questions. All in all, a great stay & I will definitely stay again when I come back to Dublin!

"Good location and close to the dublin bus stop 23"
Pros: Good location and close to the dublin bus stop 23. all the basic amenities you would need.
Cons: You have to remember it's a good priced b&b so the rooms are basic and decor is dated.
