Pros: They upgraded our room and the staff was very pleasant.
Cons: Our upgrade was right next to the breakfast room and we were awakened 2 hours early by noise of setting up, etc which cancelled the excitement of the upgrade.

Pros: From its consistently friendly staff to its spotlessly clean and attractive rooms to its lush breakfast layout, this italian beauty of a hotel will make you glad you chose it when you go to sorrento, italy. there's nothing to dislike about the antiche mura. i can't wait to go back!
ps it doesn't hurt that it's a block off the piazza tasso and within easy walking distance of everything you want to see in town.

Pros: Great location. all staff very helpful and friendly. very pleased with hotel overall. would recommend it and go back.
Cons: The bar area/loung is not very comfortable. it is a bit cold and not at all welcoming. luckily the bar staff are.

Pros: The position of the hotel was excellent. the garden was good although we didn't have very good weather when we were able to sit in the garden we thought it was nice.
Cons: We thought that the dining room was very cramped and the food, in respect of the hot, was too limited. you can also get a better toaster.

Pros: Situated in an excellent location in the main piazza but far enough from the main road so reducing noise levels. staff friendly,approachable and helpful
