 "Worth a second stay"
The location in ideal to experiance Venice. A good value, nice service, room/bath are nice decorated, but suffer under the moisture of a lagune city.

Hotel Vecellio is situated at Fondamenta Nuove - the long promenade on the northern side of Venice. Through its windows it is possible to admire the northern side of the lagoon, with the Murano, Burano, Torcello and Mazzorbo islands. On clear days you can see the Alps, which appear to rise at the end of the lagoon. The property features beautifully decorated rooms and a small lounge bar, situated on the ground floor and open 24 hours a day. A very friendly and helpful staff will be pleased to provide you with any kind of information you may require.
