This hotel has a very nice location, near by a lot of nice places, restaurants, shops etc . It is clean.But there are a few points less why I dont choose for this hotel a next time I visit Masrid.It was very noisy in the late evening and nigh from music and noisy neighbours.( very , very hard closing doors, and wanted entrance to our room very loudly.)We had no outside few out of the window.You couldnt see the kind of weather for example.We had no double bed we asked for.We had no extra pilows and the bed was very hard.there was no possibility to make coffee or thee on the room, no water cooker, wich you aspected in this kind of hotel and for the price you pay.so I don't recomand it to friends or family.

Cons: The only negative experience was that unless you position the shower head in exactly the right place, it flooded into the bathroom. maybe better shower curtains would stop this.

Pros: Hotel was in a very convenient location, room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was varied and tasty. only negative was that windows opened out to a stairwell and hallway smelt smoky. would recommend. staff very helpful and pleasant.

Cons: My room was on an internal stairwell so it was very quiet. i'm not sure about other rooms as the hotel is on a very busy intersection.

Pros: Very nice, clean hotel, very central to all madrid has to offer with everything within walking distance. very quiet hotel with pleasant staff. reported light not working and it was immediately fixed.
Cons: The only negative i would say about this hotel is the thickness of the walls. we had 3 rooms on the same floor and could hear our twenty-something year old children clearly in the room next door.
