 "Rafael Hotel"
The service received was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was big and comfortable. I was surprised to find out that it did not offer free wireless connection. I would have thought that a 4* hotel nowadays would offer this service for free.

 "week-end in Madrid"
The hotel was less than a ten minute walk from the main Atocha railway station. If you are coming from the airport the bus takes about half an hour to the main station and only costs 2 euros. I would stay here again. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast.

 "Good location but anything else"
This hotel has a very good location, only 10 minutes to the bus stantion and other 10 minutes to the train station.But you get what you pay. It is not a great hotel, it is justa a 65€ per night hotel.
