Pyramisa Isis Hotel & Suites Luxor  

Pros: Preis/leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, zimmer sauber und gründlich gereinigt
Contras: Völlig übertriebene preise für ausflüge. als wir ausserhaqlb des hotels etwas organisieren wollten gingen sie mit dem preis um 50% (!) runter. anscheinend lässt sich auch im hotel über alles handeln.

klimaanlage kann nicht individuell eingestellt werden

Pros: Location is only the positive thing about this hotel.
Cons: Pricing too expensive and they have not quoted about the taxes while booking and the same has escalated the overall cost by 25% of the total price, at the cost we paid we would have got. better 5* property. felt cheated. even the breakfast menu is very limited and staff were not curtious.

Pros: Its in a good location on the nile. easy access to the small islands. rooms are pleasant always ask for pool view. you need to haggle with the taxi man and they are accommdating. the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and always willing to get what you want. the shops in the hotel are cheaper than outside as prices are checked by the hotel. better to buy souveinours from the hotel as we found going with the horse and cart on our first day get done by taking us to the duty free when it wasnt. better to buy at your hotel. and always drop prices to your lowest as they mark the prices up a great deal. so if 50 eqyptian pounds drop to 25, they will drop to 40 and stick to 25 or 30 you will get the price or the nearest to what you wanted. shop at the hotel is cheaper and quality of items are better. the lobby had a great sitting area and lots of shops.
Cons: The carpet in the room was not hoovered very dirty all over and around all the corners. the phone was very sticky and dirty. the horse man and taxi people outside paster you for rides and is annoying when you come out in the day or night. put me off going out just looking at shops as you get hounded by them. the hotel also did not have a spa and massage area as on their web, really disappointed with this. not much for children to do. the drinks were expensive.

Pros: Location and nile view is very good, pools are clean
Cons: Bedstaff were not so clean, and frontdesk does not help enough for guidance. tv channels are not clear and enough variety.
