Pros: The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating to my needs that arose from a very unexpected experience. they went out of their way to help despite the pressure they had due to the hotel being fully booked.it really felt like i was in a family atmosphere rather than hotel staff/guest one.i will definately book the same hotel on my next visit to paris.

Pros: The hotel has a fabulous location, and the staff was in general very generous with everything. a great hotel!

Pros: The location was excellent. could see the arc de triomphe from the corner of hotel's street and it was 10 mins walk to the eiffel tower. located in a lovely picturesque street too. the room was clean and comfortable and very parisien in the decor. the spa bath in the room was brilliant for tired bones after a day out in paris too. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: The spa bath is only for 1 person.

Pros: If you are looking for a location in the centre of paris then this hotel really is exactly what you are looking for. it really is situation right in the middle of the golden triangle, within a 5 minute walk from the eiffel tower and the arc de triumphe - i couldn't falter the location of this hotel at all. room was clean however due to the age of the building (and proximity to the centre of town) rooms were rather small but i could more than deal with this. got a double bed instead of two singles which was an advantage as that really gets on my nerves. two lovely quaint little restaurants on the corner of the street no more than 30 seconds away.
Cons: The rooms were slightly smaller than i would have liked and the jacuzzi was a bit dated. some of the interior was a bit dated as well but this is expected as the hotel is going for a classic french feel.

Pros: Good location. nice staff. nice ambience.close to useful restaurants for breakfast
Cons: Lift didn't work - i was informed of this after i had been encouraged to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi - on the 4th floor. when i upgraded, i wasn't told that the wall between the bathroom and bedroom was only glass and there were no net curtains on the external windows! i'm sure the opposite neighbours must get sights they don't want to see! the jacuzzi had not been properly cleaned or used recently as the blowing air smelled suphurous so i didn't use it.it would help if the hotel put hotel information in the rooms, ie reception number, so one doesn't have to keep going down stairs. internet very slow.

Pros: Excellent location - only a few minutes walk from the champs elysee, arc de triomphe and eiffel tower.
Cons: Room was very small. it was classed as a deluxe room and did no meet expectations. the lift was out of order and also the room in which we stayed was right near a staircase and therefore extremely noisy as the lift was out of order.
