Pros: The hotel was pretty close to the train stop. the bathrooms looked nice. no bugs.
Cons: The rooms were just big enough to move around. the furniture and linens definitely need renovation asap. there was no wifi, even tho on the website it said it was available for purchase (not true). everything closes early in the neighborhood so to find dinner, you must go elsewhere. noisy.

"The hotel was priced very reasonably"
Pros: The hotel was priced very reasonably. the hotel staff did not all speak english, but were still willing to help in any way they could. the room was clean and neat.
Cons: While the hotel is near the metro, the particular line is not the most useful for direct access to some of the most popular sites in paris. transferring metro lines is easy enough though. the hot water also did not work 1 of 2 mornings we tried to take showers, which was annoying.

"The room was very clean"
Pros: The room was very clean. the hotel is about 2km walk from the eiffel tower. hotel staff very helpful and friendly and were able to speak english. very close to the metro station (2 blocks)
Cons: The shower was very small, the shower curtain did not work very well as a lot of the water landed up on the floor. the wooden floor had already swolen up due to the water. i would recommend shower doors to resolve the problem. no lift and stairway very narrow, heavy luggage could be a slight problem to get to and from the room.

Pros: Well located, clean and easy to get to
Cons: Not english tv
"Not far from metro station, staff was quite helpful;nice neighbourhood-did..."
Pros: Not far from metro station, staff was quite helpful;nice neighbourhood-did feel safe.
Cons: The bathroom was skanky and smelly; room was really hot-can't imagine staying there in the summer (we stayed in october)and it stunk of cigarettes;
"When i booked the room the rate was £190, but when i paid on check-out, i..."
Pros: When i booked the room the rate was £190, but when i paid on check-out, i was charges £205 to my credit card. paris hotels are generally overpriced, so we didn't expect much for our money, and thats exactly what we got. the location was good, a bit of a walk to the centre, but near a metro station and in a nice, safe residentail neighbourhood. we didn't eat at the hotel, and we spent very little time inthe room other thanto sleep so it was ideal for our purposes. don't stay hre if you want to experience a romantic experience, or a 'once in a life time experience'. its really just a step up from a hostel
Cons: The shower cubical was so small i couldn't fit into it and close the door at the same time!
Pros: Staffs are very kind and polite. the cleanness of the room was on the topp level. we were delighted!!!
Cons: When i was looking for hotel i selected the parking option. there was no parking available at the hotel so i had to pay a lot on private parking. this is really disappointing, because obviously i could have choosen a more expensive hotel with parking.

"This is a very basic and budget oriented hotel"
Pros: This is a very basic and budget oriented hotel. the single rooms are small. there is not a single spare centimeter. however, if you are not planning to spend your day in the room and need a hotel just to sleep and shower -- this is a good selection. note, there is no refrigirator in the rooms.
