Pros: Very close to the 'les gobelines' metro station, in a nice neighborhood. friendly and helpful english speaking staff.

Pros: Staff were friendly and accommodating (they brought a fridge into our room at our request). location of hotel was excellent (not far from the centre of paris and very close to a metro station - les gobelins - with good links into town). we felt very safe at all times in the area of the hotel. there were plenty of bars and cafe's near the hotel and a very good bakery on the corner of the street. very good wi-fi access in the main lobby near reception - very easy to connect, fairly quick and comfortable sofas to browse on a laptop/netbook.
Cons: Although parking was mostly free when we went (august bank holiday), the parking spaces outside the hotel were few and far between - we were very lucky to get a space when we needed one. our room had a mezzanine floor, which sounds grander than it was - the main part of the room was on the lower level with a single bed/bathroom/tv and on the upper level there was a double bed, but getting to it on the stairs we hit our head on the ceiling several times as it was a bit low. the shower head was in a strange position - it pointed out rather than down.

Pros: The balcony had an amazing view, and we could leave it open during the evening. there was an elevator.
Cons: Pretty standard european hotel. baguette crumbs in my bed. mold covering the ceiling in the bathroom.

Pros: Kind staff, internet in the hotel lobby, beautifully kept hotel, small but clean rooms, great en suite bathroom
great location right by the les gobelin metro stop+a supermarket+bnp paribas bank. highly recommended for its staff and location.
Cons: It got pretty hot and stuffy in the room and there is no ac. just a small fan. you have to keep the windows open.
also, no internet in the room.
