Pros: Food was excellent
Cons: The bed was like a brick, and the pillows where flat as pancakes, neither of us got much sleep, and the room was very stuffy even though we had the window open all night.

Pros: What can i say, went to dublin to run the dublin city marathon and all was so perfect with the hotel its closeness, the staff were fantastic, within walking distance of merrion square and the food in gasworks was top class, thank you grand canal

Pros: Good mid-price hotel, fairly well located for city. €10 in cab to centre, 20 mins walk.
Cons: Had to have a room without a bath, as 1st room was a "smoking room!!" and absolutely stank of smoke. this was despite request a non-smoking room in the booking.

Cons: I didn't appreciate house keeping trying to clean the room every hour on the hour from 9am i do not think it is fair when check out is not until 13pm

Pros: Very comfortable bed.
Cons: The music in bar was far too loud and it was difficult to relax with a drink and relax in foyer area due to terribly loud music coming from bar area. definitely a put-off . relaxed conversation was not an option, even though i wanted to relax after a day's work.i would have reservations about staying there again because of it. no need for blowing off visitor's ears. a little bit of consideration for paying guests needed.

room and facilities in the room very good.
Cons: Room was not ready when arrived at 2.30pm, waited an hour. booked room for 3 people, website stated double bed plus 2 single beds. room had double plus 1 single bed and was made up for 2 people. as we were 3 mature ladies we preferred our own beds. staff could not change 1st night but arranged triple room 2nd night and apologised saying the website got it wrong. was very cold 2nd night, heating not on. reception said heating on timer will go on at 5pm. was not happy as we were going to a concert and had to get ready in cold but water was hot. was freezing in the night, we had extra blanket put in room.
