Pros: Es gibt für 2€ zusätzlich ein kleines frühstück, obwohl das nicht auf der website stand! ok

Cons: You couldn't find it very easy because it has no reception or a bell to understand where is the hotel.i think it was expensive for its offers

Pros: The hotel is very near from tiburtinia station(100 m to the right),very clean,very quite,the staff always try to help you,there is left to the 3rd floor(location of hotel).
Cons: Hard to comunicate with the staff because all of them dont speek englisch,the air condition dont work and the hotel provide us by fan.the hotel is part of building(3rd floor)and the is no label by the hotel name in the entrance.

Pros: The room was nice, and the location was not far from the city and very close to the metro station. i liked that room was clean most of the time. and breakfast was not expensive. staff were nice to us.
Cons: The staff spoke bad english. wifi did not work on iphones.the rooms were cleaned every day , but last day they did not clean it up... and the other very annoying thing is that there is no hot water most of the time, which is very inconvenient in hot roman weather.

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. owner very helpful with purchasing train tickets on our behalf.
Cons: Building very difficult to find. no-one available when we arrived. staff member does not speak english and very difficult to communicate. shower often cold.

Pros: У отеля очень удачное расположение в части наличия транспорта. В 100 метрах находится станция метро и станция пригородных поездов tributtina что позволяет быстро и дешево добраться как до центра (15-20 мин и вы у Колизея) так и до аэропорта (билет стоит 8 евро, время в пути 35-40 мин)
Cons: Отель домашний, поэтому не всегда в комнате персонала кто-то есть. В сам же дом, где находится отель вход возможен либо при наличии ключа, либо через домофон. В связи с этим при заезде когда вы пытаетесь дозвонится по домофону до персонала не всегда это происходит сразу. Совет - будте готовы позвонить с сотового по контактным телефонам отеля (это работает сразу)

Pros: The room was bright and cheerful and clean. once we finally got access to the b&b the next a.m., she brought us complimentary coffee and snacks on the lovely inside courtyard porch! she was nice. contact her by phone, rather than email. there was instant coffee and hot pot and tea available in hallway, not in room.
Cons: The proprietor spoke italian as her first language. we spoke english and spanish, communication wasn't easy. she does not live on premises so when we arrived after 10 p.m., we could not reach her by ringing the bell. tv was small. location was not in great neighborhood, but close to train station. got charged full rate for the night we couldn't spend there.
