"The amazingly positive experience began about 2 months before my scheduled..."

Pros: The amazingly positive experience began about 2 months before my scheduled reservation. at that time, i wanted to amend my booking. the easytobook's staff could not help me, but when i emailed the hotel directly, they could address my request as soon as possible. then, when i arrived for the first time, i was greeted by a nice receptionist who was quite informative about the details of my reservation and even answered some of my questions related with montreal. the room was nice and the room service did excellent jobs everyday by cleaning my room perfectly.
Cons: No free breakfast and the lobby is locked above 10 pm.
