Pros: Stephanie and dennis, the hosts, were absolutely fabulous. their knowledge of the local region was exceptional and they were always happy to provide insite into the next series of activities available throughout central otago.
the views from the rooms and gardens are simply amazing. this is a fabulous place to relax and take in the wonder of this scenic region.
the food provided at breakfast and when about the lodge for morning or afternoon tea was delightful and featured organic produce from their own gardens surrounding the lodge.
Cons: The location is a little odd; located in one of the new estates which is still under development.
the rooms and common areas were appointed well, but were not in line with the premium price and was a little more like staying in a very nice house than an exclusive lodge.
