The Aria Hotel commissioned Rocco Magnoli to make it the most beautiful, architecturally distinctive hotel in Prague. The Hotel Aria respects the magnificent Italian Renaissance architecture that Mala Strana is famous for. An original feature at the Aria Hote is the Italian mosaic tile with a musical note pattern of an ancient Gregorian chant that leads guests from the wrought iron gated entrance into reception and the Winter Garden, where it actually builds to a crescendo.
The rooms at the Aria Hotel honor a great composer or artist and include books, art and CDs highlighting their work, including Mozart, Dvorak, Louis Armstrong, Puccini and Dizzy Gillespie.
