Hotel Golden City Garni Prag

This independently-owned hotel in the well-preserved area of Zizkov, close to the centre of the city, is a great base for exploring Prague. Zizkov is a part of Prague with a unique bohemian atmosphere and is said to have the highest number of pubs per person of any city district in Europe.

The hotel is just a short walk from the centre of Prague and all of its many attractions, including Wenceslas Square and the Old Town. The hotel also has fantastic transport links for exploring Prague and the surrounding area, as it is close to Prague’s main train station and there is a tram stop in front of the hotel, with the very heart of the city just 5 minutes away by tram.

Outside of the hotel you can find tram stop 'Lipanská' serving tram number 5, 9 and 26 and after midnight tram number 55 and 58 running all night. With tram number 9 from the station 'Lipanská' it is only 4 stops to the Wenceslav Square. The nearest metro station and main train station is Hlavni Nadrazi which is only two tram stops away from the hotel.

From Prague Airport: Take bus nr. 119 and get off at metro stop 'Dejvicka'. The bus journey takes about 25 minutes. From there, take metro line A direction 'Skalka' and get off at metro stop 'Flora'. From there, you can take tram line 5 and get off at tram stop 'Lipanská' or you can first take metro line C direction 'Ladvi' and from metro stop 'Hlavní nádrazí' take tram line 5, 9 or 26 for 2 stops to 'Lipanská'. The tram stop is close to the hotel.
