Pension Correo was created by combining a number of houses around a typical Andalusian courtyard. Its 9 guest rooms are spread across three floors. The focus of the staff is on providing a tranquil, clean atmosphere with few modern distractions. The centrally located pension provides its guests with Wi-Fi internet access. Just in front of the town’s post office (correo means mail in Spanish), Pension Correo is in the heart of the Tarifa Old Town. Within walking distance are the remains of the medieval walls, the 13th century town gate called the Puerta de Jerez, and the well-preserved Castillo Guzmán el Bueno (Castle of Guzman the Good). The windy coast of Tarifa is a popular destination for windsurfers and kitesurfers, and also for bird-watchers. There’s regular ferry service between Tarifa and Tangier, and bus service connects Tarifa with Algeciras and Seville.
