I spent 5 nice days in the kris konsul hotel except for visa error occoured when i went paid my extra.. expecially for breakfast

Pros: The woman behind the counter in the morning shift was very bright, cheery, and positive full of information and patience. she was what saved our experience.
Cons: The front desk attendant especially in the afternoon seemed understaffed. when we checked in the person at the front desk greeted us but then quickly had to pick up the phone and take reservation than get back to checking us in. after a long journey waiting for even 5 minutes seemed rough and not welcoming.

Pros: This hotel was very close to the aquarium which we had gone to valencia to see. the room was clean and the staff friendly

Pros: Nice friendly hotel. large enough to feel like a hotel but not so large it is impersonal. good size, clean room. well maintained (very warm!) swimming pool and sauna. we didn't use the restaurant.
Cons: Bit of a strange smell at places in the hotel (not in the room). jacuzzi bath did not work and the room was a little cold to come into as heater would not stay on if access card not in the slot. we did stay there in january tho.
