Pros: Nice location, the staffs are very helpful and effective, good selection of food for breakfast, nice interior decoration

Pros: Excellent location, facilities, thoroughly organized and excellent communication. staff were flexible, helpful and cheerful, and went so far as to call a cab and arrange an extra night when i became sick with food poisoning. the location is right below the castle and close to charles bridge. laundry and kitchen facilities were available and it was clean. would definitely stay there again but plan my own breakfast.
Cons: The breakfast was quite bland and repetitive with only bagel or cereal with yogurt as an option and one must walk up a hill to reach it each morning. the coffee was undrinkable! screens on the windows would help with insects.

Pros: Very pleasant and efficient staff. attractive and quiet room. good breakfast
Cons: The soya milk at breakfast was unexpected and spoilt the taste of the coffee which taken black was fine. perhaps there should be some notification about the milk.

Pros: Fantastic! comfortable bed, warm shower, heated floors perfect for relief from the snow, and fabulous views from our apartment.
Cons: The airport transfer organised by the hotel seemed a bit expensive compared to the price of taxis in prague generally.

Pros: We only stayed for two nights therefore this hotel was ideal as it was excellent value for money and perfect location! we found one of the staff to be very helpful and made us feel very at home! i would recommend this hotel to others!

Pros: Location and staff, and the hotel had plenty of character
Cons: The doors were very loud, and thee was building work going on nearby, one day starting at 6:30 in the morning. so it was not very peaceful. so i don't think we will be back
