Pros: The location is the the center, but in a small street, so it's quite silent and comfortable. the personnel is good, breakfasts are perfect, the rooms are large for europe and really nice. actually, we haven't spent too much tine in the hotel, but marked that it was a very good choice.
Cons: The only unthought moment was that we had bath in our room, but there were no any screen, so while having shower the water was splashing all over the floor in the bathroom. so, when you book a room in this hotel, add a comment that you would prefer a shower cabin.

Pros: Everything about the hotel was clean and well presented. the staff were, without exception, pleasant and attentive. all in all i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return.

Pros: Helpful staff, nice location and facilities. we could walk to the city centre of the city every day and back.
Cons: Perhaps we expected more for a 4-star hotel, specially the room facilities and breakfast. when paying upon check-out we were never specified that we had to pay in eur cash in order for them to honour the rates. nobody has so much cash with them when travelling. they do not charge the credit card in euros, only in the local currency which turned out to be much more expensive. the difference was eur50 by paying in tzech crowns...that is a lot. this should be specified in the hotel information and the booking confirmation.
