Contras: Es war nicht möglich über die treppen vom keller (frühstücksraum) ins parterre über die treppe zu gelangen, da die türen verschlossen waren. es mußte immer der fahrstuhl benutzt werden, auch vom 4. stock aus. nicht gut bei evtl. brandgefahr.

Pros: Lukas the front desk clerk was amazing and awesome. he was willing to help you with anything and is a great assest to rokoko. our room had plenty of space and was in the heart of wenscalas square.
Cons: It was our first stay in a european hotel and the thing we found odd was the size of the towels and no wash clothes. not sure if this is typical or not but found it to be different.

Pros: Great location - rooms were very modern and clean. breakfast was plentiful and tasty. staff at reception were very helpful and also the breakfast staff helpful as well.
Cons: The only point was that the bathroom could have been just slightly bigger but it was clean and very up to date.

Pros: Great location,very central,everything is within walking distance and if not the metro is very close.
lots of space in the rooms.
rooms and bathroom are very clean
Cons: A 4* hotel is different in prague than ireland or the uk where this hotel would be a decent 3*
breakfast was basic enough
there is only 1 lift which can take a bit of time to reach you
we stayed on the 2nd floor,but underneath was a sports shop which had really loud music coming through from 830am to closing(approx 6pm).we complained to the hotel staff and they said they werent aware of this!!!
