Cons: The room was filthy, carpet sticky, sink faucet squealed, beds sank to the middle and the bedcovers were covered with sand i think. the room smelled musky, shower had very little water pressure. we will never again stay in this hotel, and we checked out early.

Pros: Very close to sea world & beaches as well as shopping & restaurants! cleaning staff was great & grounds were very clean & pleasing.
Cons: The a/c did not work the first 2 days. the room just kept getting hotter and hotter. the problem was finally solved half way through our stay. room needed a microwave. one provided near the vending is ok but not convenient!

Pros: Courteous staff in front office.
Cons: Obviously an older hotel, pool needed a little work. mostly discouraged by the other "smoking" clients that were in a non-smoking section and stood outside the door smoking. my daughter has asthma and is allergic to smoke.

Cons: Booked for a non-smoking room, however we can smell cigratte smell inside the room. informed hotel staff, but they didn't change the room for us, and just pass us a bottle of spray.

Pros: Good clean hotel. rooms have all that you need, tv, coffee, iron. breakfast just is coffee with baked goods. free parking near hotel. lobby is small but i don't think that it is important. stuff are friendly, they have printed for me my e-tiket for plane.
Cons: Wi-fi connection is bad - it works from time to time, but it is free.

Cons: Clerk gave us a one-queen room when reservation was for two queens. she did switch us to the proper room, but insisted our reservation was for one queen. she would not show us the printout she was referring to, though. both rooms we saw were "non-smoking" but reeked of cigarette smoke.

Pros: Cheap rate. the bad area didn't bother me, i traveled with a doberman.

Pros: My room was fair and it was good for the price i paid. the front desk staff were friendly and kind. this hotel is perfect if you just need somewhere to rest and relax for 1-2 days.
Cons: . the room had an odor to it and i had to febreeze it down to make it more comfortable for my stay. the refrigerator was clean but did not work. the location of the hotel was okay but the area is very congested and busy.
