Pros: Personnel très sympathique, bonne situation, petits appartements a avec cuisine très bien pour ceux qui ne veulent pas faire de restaurants matin et soir.
Cons: Service de chambre aléatoire. un jour 2 lits sur 4 faits, le lendemain pas de serviettes, etc.. mais on est en vacances et ça suffit d'aller demander à la réception!

Pros: The manager was very good and helpful
Cons: We stayed only one night of the 5 booked because i had ordered a double bed and got two singles and the sofa bed was poor. the location also was a bit rough.

Pros: Great size for 3 people, pretty quiet. good kitchen/laundry facilities. close to subway

Pros: The facade and surroundings reminded me of europe where i have lived most of my life. we loved it the moment we saw it. the staff at the front desk were warm and inviting and were able to give us all the information we needed to get around. the hotel is ideally located to train stations and all the popular shops are within walking distance. it is also within walking distance of clubs, restaurants, parks, etc. our group had a fantastic time and we plan to book this same hotel for the same time next year.
Cons: It would have been nice to have internet connection available. however we did not let this set us back since there were cafes and a mac store not too far away.

Contras: - unreliable, very basic service: beds several times not made, sinks and toilet as well as floor not cleaned once during the nearly 2 weeks of our stay.
- loud surroundings even if you consider that you are in ny (noisy bar next to the hotel,until 2 am. and early in the morning a lot of traffic from the lumber store at the other side....
- regular problems with warm water: it took almost every morning several minutes to get it startet, and it was very unreliable which made showers kind of an adventure.
- internet was so unstable that it was difficult even to check your mail.
- kitchen equipment in dishes, bowls, etc. is very poor, which makes it really difficult to prepare the most elementary meal (besides a microwave dish) or cook a coffee (besides nescafé....).
