1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: From Central station tram number 16 and from the airport bus number 370 and stop at the Museum Square.

Nice hotel, exactly what we were after considering the fluctuated prices elsewhere in amsterdam. would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good deal. 
About a 30-40 min walk to centre, although we found this to be a positive as we liked walking throughout the trip and saw more of the city, only a 5min tram away also. Virginia VanderZee

Loved the location and the fact that four of us could stay together.
We did have a mouse in our room but kind of our fault--we didn't know that we had to put our food in a tight container (which they provided) because we never even thought about mice--apparently that's a probem in general in amsterdam. Anonymous
