Our guests are mainly young and of varied nationality, we offer a pleasant informal atmosphere. The breakfast area is located on the first floor and you can enjoy a Dutch buffet breakfast with home-made warm bread rolls every morning between 07.00 hrs – 10.00 hrs. A good start to the day! The hotel looks out over the Rokin where the busy city life is warming up while you enjoy your breakfast in peace. A combination of bar and lobby, with a number of cosy tables and chairs offering you the opportunity to drink a relaxed drink and to enjoy the colourful and busy crowds passing the hotel. You can enjoy a pleasant drink on our terrace in the summer, right in front of the hotel. In the middle of the city, looking out on the Dam and the Rokin.

How can a guest reach the hotel by public transport from the airport?1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: You can take tram: 16, 24 and 25 from the square in front of the station to the Spui/Rokin. From there you can walk to the hotel +/- 2 min. the trams in Amsterdam are running normaly from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM

The location was good with a 24 hr reception
The shower and toilet were not separated so when you had a shower the water went all over the floor which i found to be unsafe as it was then slippery to walk on
noisy until approx 6.00 a.m.outside
although there was a lift to each floor, you then had to walk up more stairs on certain parts of the hotel, also no lift to the breakfast area which as up one flight of stairs Anonymous

In a good location for a short break. rooms at a good standard and very clean. good selection of leaflets of tours etc. would use them again when next in amsterdam
Was not impressed with the breakfast - not a good selection of cereals, no fruit, or pure orange juice, very basic.
