Very friendly staff easy to boodk on internet and great to have at airport after a 30hr flight
Perhaps include small continental breakfast in tarif but otherwise good..and hot water seemed to take a very long time (heavy water use) before it became hotNoel

Great place to stay, clean and better then some 5 stars i have stayed in, great chinese restaurant outside the front of the hotel!A little bit further away from the airport than thought, not easy to get into amsterdam central from this location.Anonymous

1. the check-in staff mixed us up with other guests and gave us the wrong rooms. the room we stayed are actually registered under others' name.
2. the rooms were not ready for check-in when we arrived hotel at 4pm.
3. hotel staff blocked our room key afterwards when we returned from outside.
4. at check-out, the hotel staff claimed that our rooms were not paid, although the hotel has charged my credit card right after my booking on your website on 24th april 2008.
5. till now, i have not got any receipt for the payment from hotel.Anonymous

The room was big & had all the facilities expected for this starrating (executive room).we were one couple & one friend, and the friend could stay free of chargewith additional toiletries & towels. also great shuttle service to airport so the location was excellent!!and the health centre was of high standard, we used it well :)Anonymous
