The elegant, non smoking, Eden Lancaster Hotel Amsterdam is perfectly located in the centre of Amsterdam within walking distance from the famous Waterloo Square and Rembrandt Square. The place to be for both business and leisure travellers! In the direct surroundings of the hotel you will find theatre Carré, the Hermitage, Zoo Artis and a variety of typical Amsterdam restaurants and bars.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful monumental building and is provided with 91 modern and comfortable rooms. In the cosy lobby free wireless internet is available or you can use the internet computer. An international breakfast buffet can be enjoyed in our trendy restaurant. All rooms and lobby are recenlty renovated.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.Bathrooms were very small. too small to sit on the toilet if you are a tall man!
breakfast was a bit disappointing, no pancakes that they kept on talking about!

It was very tiny so we wanted to get out of the hotel more to view the city. they kept the rooms clean daily....The walls were paper thin. we could hear people having sex whilst trying to sleep and people slamming doors. there was no fridge at all so we couldnt buy any holland produce to keep refrigerated... some of the staff were very friendly but others were really rude and arrogant, i would not go to any other eden hotels because of the bad experience at this one.Arab

Overall, was pretty satisfied. everything was very clean is decorated to a good standard. it takes about 10 - 15 minutes to walk to dam square but it is a pleasant walk with lots to look at on the way. if you can get a discount or special rate, this hotel is definitely recommended. very nice staff too. i would definitely stay here again.The rooms and the bathrooms are a little tight on spaceAnonymous
