How to reach the hotel?1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: You can take metro: 51, 53 and 54 from the square in front of the station to the Waterlooplein. From there you can walk to the hotel +/- 3 min. The metro's in Amsterdam are running normaly from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM

The hotel reception staff were very polite and efficient, the rooms were not the biggest ive been in, but the bed made up for that, fantastic bed and the shower room was great,flat screen tv on the wall,and very quiet at night, so had a great sleep, fantastic location, everything you need around you, all in all had a great time.

Good location being positioned near a lively square with restaurants and bars and also equi-distant from the main city attractions. helpful and polite reception staff and concierge.Requested a double bedded room by telephoning the hotel but on arrival were given a room with twins pushed together. the glass shower screen which is on view to the bedroom didn't bother us but could be a problem to other guests. The weekend went well enjoying stay at the hotel. rooms excellent, hotel excellent with the staff very friendly and helpfull. would highly recommend hotel to anybody.Anonymous

We were advised on arrival that we had to pay more than 70 euros that we were not aware of, when discussed with staff told deposit incase had breakfast etc. we handed over money as needed to stay, we ate no food etc at the hotel as we had arranged to eat out. on leaving we only got 34 euros back as told we had to pay tax on the money even though we didnot buy anything. the hotel staff said that this could not be taken off at booking on website as tax and nothing we could do about it. the main guest was profoundly disabled and had saved up for over a year for this trip and as he had to pay out 70 euros not expecting did not have much spending money to enjoy his stay in the country. very disappointing!! hotel building etc good.
