This is a very basic hotel but for the price we couldn't expect much more! don't look here for luxury but the location is excellent and the city is amazing. it had everything we needed and expected, for the price we paid. a perfectly fine hotel for those with the smallest budgets.Our room had cracked walls in the corner and was very small but it did the job! No good impression of the hotel except of the personnal who was quite politeThe room was not clean at all: the sheet was dirty and torn and the towel for the bath was also torn, the windows could not be closed very well so the wind entered in the room and the noice was to high. there were also some cockroaches in the bathroom!!!!Aharon

when i payed using a credit card they charged me 5% extra!!! even though there was nothing about it in the site or order confirmation. i asked to speak with the manager and they told me he is not it and i can wait 5 hours(!!!) for him to come and they couldn't call him.Lenehan
