Hotel de Koopermoolen is situated in a monumental building dating from 1725 that was completely renovated in 1999.
The hotel is located in a great location, in the heart of Amsterdam, just 2 minutes walking distance from Amsterdam Central Station. Being in the centre of Amsterdam tourist attractions like Dam Square, Rembrandt Square, the Red Light District, and the Amsterdam canals are all within walking distance of the hotel. Also, the hotel is close to many bars, restaurants and museums.

By taxi: Taking a taxi from Schiphol Airport costs approximately 40 Euros and the journey takes about 20 minutes.
By train from Schiphol Airport: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Costs train: approximately 4 Euro. (go to next step)
From Central Station: You don't have to take the tram, you can walk to the hotel in approximately 2 minutes. The trams in Amsterdam are normally running from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM.

We stayed in the suite and found it to be very clean and excelently located the staff are very friendly and welcoming and i would not hesitate to stay here next visit to the dam so all in all top banana.The jacuzzi was not working despite ringing the day before to be told it was!!! but was refunded 60 euro`s but it did not spoil our stayOsman
