The hotel is located in the city centre, in the heart of the red light district, only a 5-minutes walking distance from Amsterdam Central Train Station and Dam Square.
In the Red Light District you might notice some things you wouldn't find in your average neighborhood: large number of coffee shops, Live sex shows, clubs, bars and girls!
How to reach the hotel?1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: You can take metro: 51, 53 and 54 from the square in front of the station to the Nieuwmarkt. From there you can walk to the hotel +/- 4 min. the trams in Amsterdam are running normaly from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM

The staff were very pleasant,the bar had a good atmosphpere,and although the showers are shared they are really nice. the hotel location is great too.
The stairs are crazy but almost everywhere in amsterdam has stairs like that. the beds werent very comfy but who cares!Rose

The location was great the bar staff were friendly The eating area left a lot to be desired the breakfast was of poor quality.. the room was tiny the beds where broken... and while i was there i discovered it would be less expensive to book direct 10euro per night less i taught i was getting the best deal by booking online but i feel i was ripped off.....Victoria Jarvis

Convenient location of hotel, 5-10 mins walk to amsterdam central station. shared toilets & shower were kept clean. 24 hours bar in the hotel was nice atmosphere & the staff were helpful & friendly. i will return Room wasn't cleaned during my stay, but then it is a budget hotel.Maurice Carlin

Room was clean good location good breakfast Room was clean but headboards on bed were crawling with bugs had to remove spoiled hotel as everything was great for what we paid ,be aware this hotel is in the red light district not for the faint hearted would not advise for girl groups very scary at times Miss Sellis

I spent 2 weeks here and the staff made me feel as though it was home.
this hotel and bar were absolutely fantastic and the location was as well.the staff went out of their way to accomodate us.

The location and most of the staff were excellent. the hotel and rooms were kept warm (very important for a holiday in december!). the 24 hour bar, for hotel guests only, was excellent.The room was not cleaned during the 5 days of our stay. Jackie Harris

I was expecting a tiny room in a dingy hotel but the room was huge and it had a shower in it which we didnt expect - the hotel was only a 5ish minute walk from central station and was in a brilliant location - we were right in the middle of everything and didnt have to get busses or taxis anywhere. the bar was 24hours and the breakfast was really nice. i will definately stay here again!We couldnt figure out how to turn of the radiators but we left the windows open so the room was fine.Anonymous

Smoker friendly hotel right in the middle of the rld. no curfew, 24hr bar. breakfast was okay. pleasant staff who were willing to help.
shower/tpilets were basic but clean and warm.Only an hour for breakfast; easy to sleep in and miss it.
first room i was offered wasn't good, noisy, poorly decorated, damp patch on wall. i complained and in fairness the guy gave me something quieter on the top floor which was much better, even with the tortuous stair climb. i say stairs, they're really more like ladders but that's the norm in holland.
