How can a guest reach the hotel by public transport from the airport?1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: You can take tram: 16 and 24 from the square in front of the station to the Ruysdaelstraat. From there you can walk to the hotel +/- 1 min. the trams in Amsterdam are running normaly from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM

Was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. the space was more than ample and had plenty of light (seventh floor); the bed was very comfortable and i enjoyed the little touches like the quotes on the mirror and elevator doors. Jasminka Belacic

The bathroom was clean and stocked with good toiletries. our room as spacious and airy 
we had to phone reception one night as there was a party we could hear from somewhere that was noisy. although sympathetic, they could not trace the source. none of the hotel informtion services prpovided through the tv worked
also the chambermaid disturbed us on two mornings as she had no way of knowing if we were still asleep. Anonymous

Disappointed that a superior room (714) had what appeared to be a red wine stain on the carpet. assessment for cleanliness would have otherwise been excellent. Anonymous
