Excellent hotel, staff very friendly can't do enough to help you. hotel gave us a free upgrade which was a lovely touch. also on a sunday you don't have to check out until 5pm which was fantastic and something we had never experienced before. well done nh schiphol airport 5 star!Anonymous

The hotel and its staff were wonderful. very beautiful. we got a women's room, which was a nice plus. the shuttle was efficient and quick.The only disadvantage is the location, but that's quickly seen to by the frequent shuttles to the airport, where trains to the city pass often.Setters

Room was lovely, beds very comfy - extra pillows bought to my room within minutes of asking for them! loved the sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi and also the little goodie bag in the room. location was good, easy to get to airport and also amsterdam, thankyou for a very relaxing stay. would definately stay here again.Anonymous

Nice and spacious rooms. excellent house keeping. very good staff and good knowledge on englishNo place in refrigerator to store baby food like milk.

Pick up from airport was free by bus even after midnightI knew it was near the airport but i didn't think that getting to amsterdam would be quit
