NL Hotel Amsterdam is a brand new design hotel in Amsterdam. Dutch award winning designer Edward van Vliet, personally took care of the design and together with the owners of the selection of materials, colours and decorations.
This in combination with the hospitality of the proprietors will make your stay at NL Hotel an unforgettable one.
NL hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam, on the Singel Gracht. It’s surrounded by museums, shops, café’s, restaurants, galleries and all the unique things Amsterdam has to offer.

The service was great, as a single traveler i was a little paranoid, especially only being able to speak english, but the service was sensational! they even went out of there way to help me book train tickets online and gave great advice about where to go in amsterdam.
the room was very clean and well presented. i got more than i expected and would reccomend it to anyone

The hotel is modern and clean. the room i was in was not very big but we were on the bottom floor and it was just enough for me and my boyfriend. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and nice.
the staff was very friendly and helpful. they gave us a map and recommended places to eat. we really enjoyed it there and would definitely come back.
the hotel is also in a great location. once we figured out how the city was laid out it was easy to get around and there was plenty to see in the immediate area.
The only negatives are the price which is a little steep per night but in all ok. the bathroom tub/shower needs a curtain because the floor got drenched every time we used it. finally the walls are pretty thin so don't expect to sleep in.Gerald Thomas

Great location, easy to find about 10 euro by taxi from the station. staff friendly and helpful gave useful information about the city and a map for directions! rooms looked exactly like the pictures, exceptionally clean all recently refurbished, beautifully decorated and styled was very impressed.Only down-sides i can see are that the steep steps at the front of the hotel would be difficult for the more eldery or those not travelling light! hair dryer in the bathroom did not work but not a major issue.Anonymous

Rooms very clean, tidy and staff welcoming on arrival.Little facilities which were not easily regognisable from initial web page, no bar, staff not there from 7pm til morning. no hot water on the second morning, no reason why this was when we questioned the staff, just a shrug and 'i know'. no apology on leaving when we asked had they sorted the hot water problem. unhappy on leaving as unshowered and not flying until late afternoon!!Anonymous

Very slick and stylish. we were surprised to have a little terace which was a real bonus. the staff were flawless and generally very welcoming, informative and professional. the pictures give a good impression of the decor but i booked a double room and it was slighty on the small side in terms of space.Ashley Jagdeo

The room although small was perfectly formed!the decor was a credit to the designer. we had the basement room which is the picture used on the website we also had a small garden which was a bonus. the location was perfect 5 mins from leidesplein opposite a canal.the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.Our room in particular could do with some air conditioning as it did get very stuffy at night tea and coffee making facilities in the room would make for perfectionAnonymous

Modern decor and clean.Rooms are a bit small and the bathroom was a wet room so some water did make it's way into the bedroom. this was not a big issue though. the staircase would be a bit difficult to navigate if you are on the large side.Dittrich
