How to reach the hotel?How to reach the hotel
1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 15 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2).
2) From CENTRAL STATION: From there take tram 4 or 9 to the Rembrandtplein (4th stop). The trams in Amsterdam are running normaly from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM.
A taxi from Schipol Airport should cost around €42,00 and from Central station around €14,00.

CentralRooms walls was stained the place as you entered@ all up the stair was dirty it was in need of some money spent on the hotel.the noise from the dico under the rooms went on until about 5pm .it cost me 150 euors for twin room it was not worth it.i think i should have some money return to me.i was going to write to you about it.you never said it was 5 lot of stairs to climb. yours mrs c handson

Positive point about the hotel was the location, it was close to the main train station and most local attractions and more so conveniently positioned above smokey's coffee shop....... please continue below....!Being above smokey's was useful as i could purchase and get completely high on marijuana to drown out the sound of the music from the nightclub downstairs which was blasting until 4am every evening..!(that was not described in the hotel listing...!)
the toilet and shower room was less than desirable and the stairs leading up to our room were surely against health safety regulations as were dangerous and incredibly steep.. Anonymous

This hotel has a great location. (don't go to bed early as your right over the bar/square but this did'nt bother us). hotel was clean and tidy and provide tea/coffee facilities and breakfast also. quite a lot of stairs but you expect this in amsterdam. all in all a good little find Chris Summers

Hotel staff very nice and trying to be helpful. surprisingly clean room.No lift. leaking air-conditioning just in front of our door (we had to step over a bucket every time we were leaving the room). no windows in the room (just one in the roof). very noisy. room not ready when we arrived (although we arrived late). The room was big, no problem with sharing the bathroom with other rooms. It is noisy from the bar underneath, but if you are an easy sleeper like us, then it's fine, didn't bother us at all. Anonymous

24 hour hot shower, well heated room and good location. although rooms have a drug free policy, there is a coffeeshop right below. rooms are tidied every day. there is a sink, stove and refrigerator. club next door is open till late, but not an issue as we were tired by the end of the day that nothing would've kept us awakeAnonymous

Clean room. they let us check in early. breakfast was okay. rm.k is a nice room. water pressure in shower is good, the drain is a bit slow. staff is friendly, although a bit flaky. Loud, especially on lower floors. you must put a 5 euro deposit for each towel. heat didn't work for two nights and they didn't do anything to remedy it. rm a is quite plain.Anonymous
