Tulip Inn Dam Square is located in the very heart of the center of Amsterdam, just a stone's throw from Dam Square, next to the Royal Palace and the New Church. Within walking distance of the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum. The Central Station is about 10 minutes walking (+/- 800 meters) and all public transport is available within walking distance. Schiphol Airport is only 20 minutes from the hotel by train.
How to reach the hotel?Directions from the Central Station (about 800 meters):
Coming out of the Central Station, walk straight ahead along Damrak, or take tram 4, 9, 16, 24, 25, at the end of this street is Dam Square. On your right-hand-side you will see the New Church. Next to this church is a small street named Eggertstraat. You go down this street and you will be in the Gravenstraat, in front of Tulip Inn Dam Square.
Directions from the highway:
Being on the Ring road A-10, follow directions Centrum, it will lead you to Dam Square. On Dam Square you drive towards the Royal Palace and the New Church. Turn to the right at the end of this street and you will be on Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal. Gravenstraat is the first small street on your right hand. Until 11:00 hours you will be able to enter this street by car, after this time the street is closed for all traffic accept pedestrians. We advice you to park the car in parking house “De Kolk” on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal.
