How can a guest reach the hotel by public transport from the airport?1) From SCHIPHOL AIRPORT: Every 20 minutes there is a train running from the Airport to Central Station. When you arrive at the airport and you reach the central hall there is a big sign with the train information. The trains to the Central station are running from 05:40 AM to 00:30 AM (go to step 2)
2) From CENTRAL STATION: You can take tram: 17 from the square in front of the station to the Hoekenes (tussen meer). From there you can walk to the hotel +/- 10 min. the trams in Amsterdam are running normaly from: 07:00 AM to 01:00 AM

The attitudes of the staff were among the best i have experienced. they were really customer oriented. the location was halfway between downtown amsterdam and the keukenhof gardens, and the price was a good value.
We were concerned about the location of the hotel when we arrived. but there were no problems (even though my car was parked on the street), and we enjoyed our stay. Anonymous

The night receptionist did a good job rearranging the booking so we ended up in twin rooms instead of quads at the same price. we were given complimentary drinks and plate of chips while we waited.
