Dam Square Amsterdam

The equivalent of Piccadilly Circus in London or Time Square in New York, Dam Square represents the daytime entertainment that Amsterdam has to offer. Being the dam that provoked the naming of Amsterdam, Dam Square is the thriving commercial center of the city. Visitors can spend the entire day exploring the shops, vendors, and restaurants that make the square the popular destination it is today.
