 "Absolutely bare minimun"
This hotel just meets my minimum requirements given its price. Owner is welcome and helpful, rooms are ok. But at the time we stayed there were no hot water in the shower. Location is not far from downtown per se, but you have to walk on very dirty and dusty road, if a car passes by you are all in dust an sand. Does not accept credit card. Does not speak English. Breakfast is minimal, no eggs, ham and cheese are of tiny sizes.
