Cons: They did not have the reservation which we have made, and changed us to a lower-value booking. however, no compensation of any kind was given, which was quite dissatisfying. we wanted to go to another place, but since the whole town was fully booked, we were stuck with the room they gave us.

Pros: It was a big family room and it was nice and clean, even in the bathroom. we didn't expect a hostel to have made our beds and let us use towels, so that was a nice suprise.
Cons: The room had a carpet floor, which didn't feel clean. there was a bad smell in the room, and we think it came from the carpet.
