The El Alamein Fountain is located near the entrance of the Fitzroy Gardens and was constructed in honor of soldiers who died during World War II. The Fire Station was constructed during the years of 1910 and 1912 and is a beautiful example of Federation Free Style.
Kings Cross is a perfect place to visit for a walk or for coffee or tea. This area does have a rather seedy reputation but Kings Cross has dramatically improved over the years.
