This hotel is perfectly located for central station, literally 20 metres away, on the Surrey Hills side, meaning great access to anywhere you would want to go in the city. 5 mins walk into Surrey Hills takes you to Crown St and a wide variety of good restaurants/bars. Darling Harbour is about a 20 min walk away via Paddys Market. The hotel is in one of Sydneys older buildings and the furniture in the rooms matches that period, which is nice. The only downside is the noise from the street, but this wasn't enough to keep me awake at night, the windows are secondary glazed so the traffic doesn't disturb too much. For the price and location this hotel is good value and we would stay there again.
