 "Tiny room"
We booked a family room with 4 adults. We were offered a room measured hardly more than 20sq. m. There were two double beds in the room hardly enough for 4 adults. Even though we had 4 adults, we were given 3 bath towels, 2 coffee mugs, and no slipper. We had to call the operator to replenish the coffee and tea which were supposed to be replenished automatically. The housekeeping lady woke us up at 8.30am on the day we checked out. I personally rate this hotel to be 3 stars. Will stay in some other hotels the next time.

Pros: Walking distance from stations; concierge services:scales available if weighing luggage for flying,arranging booking for shuttle bus; big choice of channels on tv
Cons: Keycards to open door continuously failed,constant calls to reception to provide enough towels for four people, difficulty understanding staff and vice versa (especially over phone), club downstairs(friday night-loud music), not appropriate if staying with young children or elderly
