 "OK stay"
Hotel was in excellent location as it was based directly opposite Wynard Station at Carrington Street. Hotel has good facilities such as a spa (only warm), sauna and a pool where we found unhygeneic objects in there. Not pleasant!We got breakfast included in our hotel room rate. They offered a selection of fruit, hot buffet and occasionally offered pancakes. The food was okay but every time we went to get some, it was nearly all gone and it weren't hot. The time taken to get seated was up to 20 minutes. Our room was very small. Pokey! Dorm Size. It's ok to have one person stay in there but having two people there for 4 nights, the room was incredibly small. We would have more chance at a nicer and larger room if we stayed at the ibis on Kings Street. We was two young travellers and we both said the service we got from staff was completely different to someone who was older and our room didnt get cleaned on two of the 4 days we stayed.Wifi and everything about this hotel is overpriced. Wifi is $25 per day. You get 30 mins for free everyday which we felt was not enough. Your better off going to starbucks opposite the park where you get free wifi.As it's my second visit to Sydney, i definitely would not return to the Menzies. The hotel is very overpriced but is in excellent location for tourist. just dont expect to be treated like your in a 4* hotel.

 "the hotel"
it was a alright hotel. but is the nastiest motel i have ever stayed in there were holes in the walls and it was just nasty.. i wouldnt even let my baby crawl on the floor.. didnt have a coffee pot and was just a bad motel.. our key would barely work on unlocking our door and it was just horrible.. cheap ya but next time i will go on down the road to a motel
