Karana Palms Resort Gold Coast  

We initially struggled to find the location of the 'resort', but once we did we were pleasantly surprised by it's close proximity to both the key Gold Coast attractions, such as the theme parks, but also the close proximity Cavill avenue and Main Beach, Surfer's Paradise. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. The apartments are quite nice, and many seem to have a decent view of the city of Surfer's Paradise. The balcony's are quite spacious and are a good place to sit and relax. The facilities at the resort are simple, but include secure undercover parking and a fantastic shaded pool area, that looks as though it has very recently been refurbished. The area the resort is located is quite and central to everything you would need/want to do.In regards to cost, we found this hotel extremely well-priced and great value!
