These 3 star Surfers Paradise holiday apartments have a fantastic location only 10 metres/11 yards from the patrolled swimming beach. The President Holiday Apartments is a high-rise vacation property offering self-catering apartments that can sleep from 2 to 8 people each. Guests are invited to use the outdoor heated swimming pool and the wading pool for children. Excellent privacy and security are maintained through the property’s security system, secure underground carpark, and night call button. The tour desk can assist you with arranging tickets and transportation to attractions such as Sea World, Warner Brothers Movie World, Dreamworld, Wet 'n' Wild Water World, and the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. The apartments are located on famous Surfers Paradise Beach, one of the largest tourist destinations in Australia. It’s 1 block from the landmark Q1 (Queensland Number 1) supertall skyscraper, the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere; the SkyPoint observation deck offers remarkable views of the entire Gold Coast and the hinterlands.
