Reservations By The Sea Port Douglas Self Catering Apartments have to be cancelled 720 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).Within 14-30 days of arrival, the customer will foreit the price of one night's accommodaiton at the quoted price for which they booked. Within 7 days of arrival, there is no refund. The fee for the entire booking is taken, Unless it is a medical emergency however.(including those of close family) . If it is a medical or personal emergency the full amount is taken but can be used as a full credit when booking in the future.
