The Maria Loretto Castle is a two-storey building built in a rectangle shape. It began its history as the summer residence of Count Johann Andrä von Rosenberg. In 1652, the style was a simple Renaissance, Italianate in structure and scheme. The gardens rambled spaciously around the Castle. There was also a personal Chapel on the grounds. This was the Loretto Madonna Chapel.

In 1708, fire struck. After the major fire, the castle rose again. It was simpler this time. Both the Chapel and the Castel reflect the alterations. Some details and elements remain from the original. In the garden, there is a well. It features a wrought-iron crown dating from the 1600s. The arched portal for the Castle has a 1552 inscription as well as the early coat of arms. The barrel-vaulted Chapel combines elements of both periods of construction. It has several votive paintings from the 17th and 18th centuries. It also has tabernacle altar and an Italian Loretto Madonna statue from 1652.
